The Business Process Consultant is an expert role in E&I Customer Service to drive implementation and continues improvement of business processes and associated systems. We are looking for a candidate who is knowledgeable of key customer service systems (SAP, Salesforce, eCommerce, etc.) and has passion to enhance the knowledge and skills of E&I customer service team through effective troubleshooting, coaching and training, utilizing leading edge business practices.
Responsibilities:
Provide responsive support for transactional and operational issues escalated by CSRsMonitor key system and process metrics to proactively identify and resolve issuesInitiate and drive process and system improvements, in collaboration with CSRs, Team Leaders and CI SMEsConnect with business and partner functions, support Customer Service and business process initiatives to ensure maximum benefit is derivedDevelop, standardize, and maintain regional job aides, knowledge articles and documentation for key systems (SAP, Salesforce, eCommerce, etc.) and associated business processes.Develop and deliver regional system training programs, and work with Global Learning Leader to identify training needs and ensures execution of training plan.Action as regional point of contact for launch and implementation of new and/or upgraded systems, coordinate and/or perform testing and end user trainingActively participate in global network of BPCs, Team Coaches and CI SMEs, and contribute to leverage best practice, align global standard process, and drive process improvementsOversee and administer System access, role assignment and authorizations based on global standardsQualifications:
