This individual will join our team in the position of: 

Regional Carrier Account Manager

The Regional Carrier Account Manager is responsible for generating and closing Carrier Partner sales opportunities for an assigned sales territory. This position reports to the Regional Vice President of Sales. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Identify all Carrier and Data Center Partnership opportunities in the assigned territory.Establish new and grow existing Carrier and Data Center Partnerships.Execute sales strategy to meet and exceed sales goals for the assigned region.Coordinate Partner’s solution needs, solution estimate and final price quote for all Carrier sales opportunities for Carrier Grade Fiber services.Communicate sales activities, reports and results as requested by Management.Develop and implement marketing plans, proposals and presentations as needed.Ongoing customer relationship management of existing Carrier and Data Center partnerships within an assigned territory.Attend various Carrier and Technology tradeshows and events to cultivate and establish new partnerships.Maintain sales opportunities in Salesforce.com database.Travel within assigned territory as needed (25+% travel required).

Successful candidates are proficient in MS Office, Salesforce CRM, detail oriented, possess the ability to work independently, success-driven, have a great positive attitude and have outstanding communications skills.  Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in Channel Partner Sales ideally in the Telecom Carrier or Wholesale space. Candidate will utilize personal vehicle and receive mileage reimbursement. Valid insurance coverage and driver’s license required.
