Join our Regional Category Buying team as Regional Category Buyer for Content and Production where you will support, influence, & implement procurement category strategy for the sub-category initiatives, drive key projects jointly with the business, drive execution via regionally to ensure Opella delivers its priorities/objectives. The sub-categories of content (creative, package design, eCom) are rapidly changing and increasing the amount of content needs, type and differing applications more than ever before.

Main responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Strategies: Create and implement competitive, innovative, and long-term procurement sub-category strategies.
Market Intelligence: Leverage market intelligence to assess risks and identify opportunities.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives, driving cost reduction and value creation.
Market Innovations: Support the adoption of market innovations, including new suppliers and digital tools.
Vision Translation: Translate marketing category vision and strategies into regional execution plans aligned with targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with global category leads, regional marketing leadership, and finance teams.
Local Strategy Implementation: Ensure local implementation and support for global category strategies, and develop and execute local category strategies where necessary.
About you
Degree: A degree in Business Finance, Procurement/Business Operations, or Marketing.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Marketing/Agencies: Strong understanding of marketing and agency operations.
Savings Initiatives: Hands-on experience in delivering savings initiatives with demand management levers.
Stakeholder Management: Strong capability to manage business interactions with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Communication and Influence: Highly effective written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
Autonomous Operation: Ability to operate autonomously with a high level of drive and energy.
