JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Regional CEO for Argentina operations, you will be the strategic leader driving our entry and expansion into Argentina’s crypto industry. You will own the vision and execution of our regional strategy, positioning the company as a trusted partner for institutional clients, navigating the evolving regulatory environment, and ensuring top-class operational and financial performance.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

10+ years of experience in executive roles within crypto, fintech, or financial services, successfully scaling teams and businesses. In-depth knowledge of Argentina's regulatory landscape, tax laws, and operational
requirements for running a company in Argentina. Proven ability to set, communicate, and realize a compelling strategic vision, adapting to emerging trends and complex market dynamics. Demonstrated success operating in entrepreneurial, dynamic settings, using data-driven insights to inform decision making. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with regulators, investors, clients, and global teams; Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
