Strategy Development and Execution 战略制定与执行 Conduct regular reviews and analysis to optimize strategy execution and achieve business targets; Identify opportunities for operational enhancements and implement best practices. 定期进行审查和分析,以优化战略执行并实现业务目标; 识别运营优化的机会,并实施最佳实践。 Prepare and present regular performance reports and strategy updates to senior management. 准备并向高级管理层定期汇报绩效报告和战略更新 Serve as a liaison between headquarters, regional teams, and dealers to maximize collaborative efforts and operational efficiency. 作为总部、区域团队和经销商之间的桥梁,最大化协作效率和运营效率。 Ensure effective communication and coordination to enhance market operations and drive customer growth. 确保有效的沟通和协调,以提升市场运营效率并推动客户增长。 Support dealer execution of Lincoln China retail marketing activities, and support communication with central retail marketing and agencies to ensure dealer marketing materials ready on-time. 支持经销商执行林肯中国下发的零售市场活动,及时与总部零售市场和供应商沟通,确保经销商有足够的市场宣传物料。 Develop and formulate regional marketing and customer operations strategies which incorporate with central strategy, and to guide dealer marketing planning/reviewing/approval. 开发并制定区域市场和客户运营策略,结合总部战略,指导经销商进行市场计划的制定、审核和审批。 Lead regional marketing concept and strategy development, sourcing, dealer communication and guidance handbook preparing, KPI set up and execution monitoring. 牵头领导区域市场营销概念和策略的开发,负责供应商选择、经销商沟通及指导手册的准备,设置并监控关键绩效指标(KPI)的执行情况。 Organize quarterly DAF meeting to get align with dealers on their PMA marketing strategy and plan, set up KPI for this marketing plan.  Additionally,  lead DAF supplier to execute the marketing plan to achieve the KPI.       每季度组织区域经销商年度活动计划(DAF)会议,与经销商就其产品市场管理(PMA)营销策略和计划达成一致,制定具体的KPI,并领导DAF供应商执行营销计划以实现既定目标。 Collaborate with regional sales and after-sales teams to align strategies with regional needs and business objectives. 与区域销售和售后团队协作,将策略与区域需求和业务目标保持一致,确保各项计划和活动顺利落实。

Knowledge Sharing and Guidance 知识共享与指导 Conduct regular meetings to share central policy execution, retail marketing strategies, efficiency analysis and best practices. 定期召开会议,分享总部政策的执行情况、零售市场策略、效率分析及最佳实践。 Support dealer execution of Lincoln China retail marketing activities, ensuring timely availability of marketing materials. 支持经销商执行林肯中国的零售市场活动,确保宣传资料及时到位。 Establish media promotion guidelines (including new media)  to enhance dealer lead acquisition capabilities. 建立经销商媒体宣传规则(包括新媒体),提升经销商获客能力。 Establish dealer retail marketing evaluation metrics, steering/coaching dealer marketing manager to help dealer capability improvement. 设立经销商零售市场评估指标,指导和辅导经销商的市场经理,帮助经销商提升自身能力。 Support regional events such as regional autoshows, roadshows, and product launches. 支持区域内的车展、路演、上市发布等活动。 Collect and analyze promotional activities of key competitors in major markets and develop quick response strategies. 收集并分析重点城市中核心竞争对手的促销活动,快速制定应对策略。

 

Event Support and Competitive Analysis 活动支持与竞争分析 Administrative and Financial Oversight: 行政与财务监督 Support dealer marketing reimbursement processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.支持经销商的市场报销流程,确保报销信息的准确性和合规性  

Qualifications:

Automotive industry or auto retail marketing agency work background. Related M/S experience more than 7 years preferred. Master's degree or bachelor’s degree. Fluent in writing and oral English. Proficient in analytical software,  including but not limited to Microsoft (Word, Excel PowerPoint).

具有汽车行业或汽车零售市场营销机构的工作经验,相关市场营销经验 多于7年者优先。 硕士或本科学位。英语口语和书面表达能力流利。 熟练使用分析工具,包括但不限于Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)。

 

KEY COMPETENCIES:

Ability to travel as required Familiar with lead generation/ collection, experience in premium Auto brand or luxury goods is preferred Can do attitude and team spirit Able to think strategically, willing and able to roll up his/her sleeves to help implement Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders Has a sense of urgency in this rapidly changing environment and is dedicated to deliver timely Dealing with Ambiguity - Ability to deal with uncertainty Good analytical abilities and can pick up new systems / tools quickly Ability to communicate a business vision for internal and external partners including goals & results Ability to handle multiple assignments and projects concurrently Strong relationship building skills, including negotiation & executive interaction, ability to coach others Preferred previous experiences Prior experience in event management, road show planning and implementation, Experience in China auto industry and /or in luxury brands (non-auto) will be extremely beneficial Knowledge of Lincoln product is a plus Good coordination and communication skill to get alignment with dealers on the plan Strong leadership ability to guide dealer marketing supplier to well execute the plan.
