The Regional Change Manager is a key player in ensuring that solution changes align with governance and user requirements throughout the development lifecycle. Responsibilities include implementing change management objectives, tracking change metrics, and collaborating with project stakeholders to meet organizational objectives.

Under the strategic direction of the Value Management Office Sr Director, this pivotal role is dedicated to steering stakeholder alignment towards change initiatives, fostering commitment to transformational solutions, and orchestrating organizational congruence to drive impactful business engagement and change readiness within World Courier.

Key Skills:

Develop and implement a strategy to promote adoption of change management techniques within the organization.

Create and enhance change management processes and tools to facilitate integration and engagement with change management principles.

Formulate comprehensive change management plans for projects and change initiatives.

Collaborate closely with PMO Managers to embed change management activities into existing project plans.

Assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders involved in the process.

Evaluate the impact of planned organizational changes and develop strategies to address them effectively.

Identify potential risks associated with changes and devise risk mitigation strategies.

Manage anticipated resistance to change by identifying, addressing, and resolving concerns proactively.

Lead structured change management work streams following a well-defined methodology/process.

Support the development of communication materials relevant to change initiatives.

Define success metrics, measure performance against them, capture data, and analyze results for continuous improvement.

Provide regular reporting updates to management and project teams regarding the progress of change management efforts.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Change Management Certification from recognized institutions such as Prosci or ACMP are a plus.

3+ years of experience as a Change Manager overseeing end-to-end organizational changes.

Proven expertise in implementing various change management methodologies. Demonstrated proficiency in change management practices and communications.

Strong problem-solving skills, project management abilities, and exceptional verbal/written communication/presentation skills (storytelling)

Profound understanding of change management principles, techniques, and tools.

Exceptional facilitation skills with a talent for influencing others positively.

Robust stakeholder management capabilities ensuring effective collaboration across all levels.

Skilled in conflict resolution, negotiation tactics, active listening, and clear communication.

Strong business acumen enabling strategic decision-making aligned with organizational goals.

Proficiency in project management methodologies coupled with effective planning skills.

Analytical mindset combined with critical thinking capabilities for problem-solving under pressure.

Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining focus on delivering results efficiently.

Team player attitude fostering collaboration within cross-functional teams.

Fluent in English (Written & Spoken).

Ability and willingness to travel approximately 4 times per year, for 3-4 days each, in order to effectively engage with stakeholders, drive change initiatives, and ensure alignment across different organizational levels
