Regional Channel Manager (Online eStore - EPP/SMB)

Position Summary

To formulate and spearhead regional Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) eStore channel strategy and revenue growth within the SEA & Oceania (SEAO) region. This includes engaging with regional stakeholders and subsidiaries in the countries, tracking and driving eStore EPP/SMB sales inclusive of baseline monthly revenue, campaigns, to ensure success. The role also requires close and regular interface with local teams to grow the business.

Role and Responsibilities

Lead D2C eStore channel (EPP/SMB) to grow sales via strategic initiatives; map and identify global/regional partners, assist SEAO subsidiaries in building relationshipsDevelop GTM plans, strategies, and tactics for key verticals and segments in the regionEvaluate partners' growth potential and categorize them according to engagement/development strategiesDrive partner user sign-ups and engagement using effective marketing/sales strategies/campaignsDesign customized product lineup/pricing, create targeted campaigns, collaborate with B2B teams/stakeholders to generate SMB leadsNegotiate regional partnerships with market leaders, aggregators, and global corporations to expand customer/partnership baseCollaborate with internal stakeholders (Suwon office, Regional PM, PR, CM, etc.) and sales subsidiaries across SEAO to secure support/commitment/investment to plans/initiativesDemonstrate understanding of e-commerce landscape/business management/product/online channel strategy to develop strategic plans, including key initiatives/operating plans with clear goals/execution plans/metrics, driving business growthStructure and lead complex strategic projects/initiatives, including e-store backend operations/end-to-end process definition/optimization, identifying/new value-added services supporting their execution/incubation to deliver best-in-class customer experiencesConduct regular checks on Samsung e-store merchandising on online platforms ensuring optimal shopper journeys/brand compliance making relevant recommendations to local sales subsidiariesDeliver interim/final reports on partner performance including web analysis/KPI evaluationsSupport planning/implementation of regional campaigns for Samsung.com e-store with Suwon office, Regional, and subsidiary stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications

Degree holder with at least 7 years of relevant working experience in e-commerce/sales within the online or B2B space. Preferably experienced in B2B BD with expertise in partnership programsKnowledge of e-commerce/digital marketing, with experience managing SMEs is advantageousExpertise in developing strategies/plans and executing key initiatives/programs to drive online business growthHigh-energy individual comfortable working in a fast-paced/matrixed organizational structure (responsible for overseeing a product group/subsidiaries)Excellent communication skills to manage relationships with subsidiaries, drive consensus, execute across teams/multifunctional organizations/hierarchical levelsStrong project management skills, capable of handling budgets/deadlines/multiple projects while meeting sales targetsExceptional verbal/communication skills engaging with prospects efficientlyAbility to thrive in collaborative environments under pressure, juggling multiple priorities simultaneouslyOutstanding time-management abilities prioritizing tasks effectively adhering to timelines
