The Regional Client General Manager acts as the primary point of contact for our global clients’ strategic needs in her/his region. Transforming and operationalizing global strategy into regional processes and needs. **What You'll Do** + Key regional point of contact between Amex GBT and the customer + Maintaining regular coordination and communication with global CGM, global operations and online manager to align with business plan, travel goals and objectives, and tracking performance against goals at local sector level. + Identifying customer’s business travel goals and objectives for the region. + Monitoring and tracking performance against goals at a regional level. + Reporting of regional/local sector goals accomplished through business reviews + Regular coordination and communication with all local sectors in the region. + Scheduling conference calls with local sectors in the region. + Regular action plan sessions to address areas which require improvement. + Benchmarking customer’s business travel performance with peers. + Conducting regular regional review meetings. + Analysis of travel spend: Identifying savings opportunities. **What We're Looking for** + Fluent in spoken and written German and English + Sales / Account management experience is essential.
