Gundersen Health System is seeking a full-time Regional Clinic Manager supporting Subspecialty Services in Tomah and Viroqua, WI. 

 

What you will do:

Fulfill a 1.0 FTE; salaried positionProvide management and oversee the delivery of subspecialty services in Tomah and Viroqua, including General Surgery, Podiatry, and Orthopedics. Manage and lead an experienced team of approximately 30 staff to ensure optimal functioning in day-to-day operations, including RNs, MAs, Patient Liaisons, and Surgery SchedulersWork collaboratively with the Clinical Operations Director, Regional Section and Department Chair, Regional and Specialty Administration to achieve department strategic goals

What you need:

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related fieldMinimum 3-4 years of clinical/healthcare experienceValid Driver's LicenseIdeal candidate will have: Ability to form trusting relationships  Excellent communication skillsStrength in networking and collaboration VersatilityExperience in the field of surgery or related service line
