JMT is seeking Regional CM/CEI Practice Director for any of our Texas locations. The successful leader will be responsible for for managing JMT’s Construction Management and Inspection services in Texas. CM services include construction and program management, construction inspection, claims support, scheduling and cost estimating, project controls and other related construction management responsibilities. You will be responsible for driving growth throughout Texas, providing leadership and mentoring of current CM/CEI staff, developing and overseeing execution of business development strategies ensuring growth and financial success for the practice at the regional level.

Coordinate strategic growth plan with office leaders and practice leaders Develop and maintain relationships with teaming partners, contractors and clients Establish and grow market presence in area through marketing and business development Manage financial budget for practice and allocate resources accordingly Lead and contribute to the production of proposals Serve as a technical expertise resource to project managers and technical staff Establish resources staffing needs for the practice on a regional level Interview and make recommendations for hiring staff for the practice Lead and manage team members by providing leadership and continuous performance management (setting expectations, goals, feedback, 1:1 meeting, coaching) that supports the growth and development of team.Nonessential Functions and Responsibilities:
