Regional Commercial Sales Manager

TRS is seeking a Regional Commercial Sales Manager to join our client’s team. This role emphasizes securing repair and overhaul orders while pursuing field service and maintenance opportunities. The ideal candidate will excel in a team environment, collaborating with various business departments.
Salary Range: $85K - $110K/year
Responsibilities Visit customer sites to discuss maintenance, outages, opportunities, and market conditions. Collaborate with bidding teams to meet customer requests and secure profitable orders. Lead or assist in contract negotiations and report on business development progress. Secure repeat orders and long-term contracts within the market. Maintain CRM for visibility into customer activity and ensure current information. Update management on customer visits and regional market changes. Achieve budgeted customer orders for repair, overhaul, and field service of approved engines. Analyze RFQs for profitability and clarify quotations as needed. Work with managers and directors to meet objectives and develop a regional business strategy. Manage regional customer accounts and maintain the customer base with exceptional service.
Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience. Familiarity with rotating equipment or gas turbines is preferred. Strong focus on customer account management and service. Experience in power generation and oil & gas industries is a plus. Skilled in commercial negotiations. Essential planning, organizational, and decision-making abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
