Responsibilities:
People Management
Guide development of individual goals for team members and complete performance reviews for direct reports Provide supervision, mentorship, and motivation to assigned team members. Support sales team by attending meetings, presentations, or providing commissioning information/examples when requested. Work with senior leadership and human resources to maintain staffing level targets. Contribute to the completion of other key initiatives as assigned.Project Management
Develop, manage, and implement commissioning and existing building commissioning procedures for internal company and external customers. Define labor plan, equipment requirements, set milestones and provide accounting documentation. Perform Project Lead responsibilities on selected projects including owner direct negotiated commissioning and existing building commissioning projects. Maintain overview of commissioning backlog and labor requirements. Work with senior commissioning engineers, commissioning engineers and leads to develop specific commissioning teams for all projects. Assist with issue resolution for any project when deemed appropriate. Ensure backlog and estimate are complete, updated, and distributed to Senior Commissioning Engineers, Commissioning Engineers and Leads. Provide budgets and scopes for all projects. Review projects progress, estimates to complete, margin enhancement opportunities, issue logs and lost time with Senior Commissioning Engineers, Commissioning Engineers and Leads.People Management

7 years of industry experience in either electrical power distribution or mechanical systems or both. AA degree, military training, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of four years management experience. Ten years of experience in commissioning services. Demonstrated proficiency for all the responsibilities of a Commissioning Program Manager. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate company vision and goals and motivate team. PE registration preferred. BCA CCP or ACG CxA, QCxP registration preferred.
