Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager

Responsibilities

·  Lead the design, implementation, and analysis of compensation policies and processes, covering areas such as salary reviews, bonus calculations, incentive plans, and benefits.

·  Maintain and update Compensation & Benefits policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure alignment with national regulations and Group policies.

·  Provide recommendations to identify opportunities for enhancing company performance, efficiency, and financial health.

·  Monitor internal and external benchmarks to maintain competitive positioning.

·  Support the implementation of the international mobility program.

Requirements

·  Over five years of experience in compensation and benefits, ideally in an international setting.

·  Completion of a degree in business or psychology, or commercial vocational training.

·  Strong interpersonal skills with proficiency in English; German is considered a plus.

·  Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs.

·  Team-oriented approach, initiative, and a proactive mindset for contributing new ideas.

·  High adaptability, responsibility, and the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
