Job Overview

We have an opportunity for a Regional Controller to join our team in Gillette, WY.  This role will involve overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for the region.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Job Responsibilities Serve as a business partner to the Regional Manager.  Provide support and suggestions to facilitate business initiatives. Analyze/understand key business and financial information and communicate key results to the Regional Manager and other managers, review for proper accounting treatment, and identify and execute on opportunities for improved processes/results. Accounting support for the region including accounting practices, proper GAAP accounting, Sarbanes Oxley and internal controls, SAP/CDK system support, process improvement, service orders, machine orders, revenue recognition, machine assembly orders, and financial/variance analysis. Assist Group Controller with special projects and support for regional reporting, financial analysis, and budgeting/forecasting. Manage/oversee the financial area of machine closeouts, WIP reviews, inventory initiatives, and regional reserves. Qualifications/Requirements Bachelors degree in Accounting with 5-7 years of accounting experience CPA or MBA (preferred) Strong PC skills (MS Office, SAP preferred) Ability to work with all levels in the organization Strong written and verbal communication skills Additional Information Paid vacation Paid sick time Paid holidays Comprehensive benefit package Generous 401k plan
