Position Summary The GA Regional Coordinator is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination and optimization of client services within the Georgia region. This individual will act as the primary liaison between clients, providers, and cross-departmental teams, upholding our commitment to excellence in ABA services. Reporting to the ABA Operations Manager, this role involves managing client communications, coordinating schedules, and driving efficiency in client and provider interactions.   Responsibilities + Client Communication : Serve as the primary contact for client queries and updates, ensuring clear and professional communication. + Schedule Maintenance and Removals : Oversee scheduling changes and cancellations to maintain operational flow. + Coordinate Client and Provider Terminations : Manage transitions with care, ensuring minimal disruption to client services. + CR Client Portal Administration : Maintain and manage the client portal to enhance user experience. + Utilization Management/Optimization : Monitor and optimize resource utilization to ensure efficient service delivery. + RA Coordination : Collaborate with referral and care advocate teams to support client needs effectively.
