Job Title: Regional Corporate Controller, AMAS

Location: Herndon, VA, US (Hybrid)

About the Role:
We are hiring a Regional Corporate Controller to lead all aspects of Finance operations across the Americas (AMAS) region. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for financial reporting, controls, ERP implementation, and team development across four countries.

You’ll play a critical role in delivering BSI’s global finance strategy while supporting a large regional team through significant transformation, including the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and the rollout of the Finance Target Operating Model.

This is a rare opportunity to lead a team of 35+ across the US, Canada, Brazil, and Mexico with a direct line to Group Finance and the opportunity to influence global policy and practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead delivery of group reporting, local statutory compliance, and audit coordination for the AMAS region.

Maintain and improve financial control frameworks, ensuring full alignment with IFRS and group standards.

Maintain and improve financial control frameworks, driving best practice across local finance teams.

Provide technical accounting expertise to AMAS, ensuring full alignment with IFRS and group standards.

Oversee fraud risk and cash flow forecasting, driving best practice across local finance teams.

Collaborate with global ERP and transformation teams to guide the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and standardised finance processes.

Drive improvements in Manage the region’s billing, collections, and working capital in partnership with the Order to Cash Tower Lead and Global Process Owners.

Build and lead a high-performing team, with a strong focus on coaching, development, and strategic impact.

Serve as a trusted advisor to divisional executives and local Boards on all financial governance matters.

About You:

Extensive post-qualification experience and a strong track record at senior leadership level within a multinational company.

Experience balancing financial risk and reporting accuracy for CFO-level or Audit Committee stakeholders.

Proven leadership of finance transformation initiatives and shared service models.

Deep understanding of local accounting and tax compliance requirements across the Americas region.

Qualified accountant (e.g. CPA, ACA, ACCA) with strong project management skills.

Strategic, adaptable, and resilient — comfortable operating in a global matrix structure.

Digital literacy and ERP implementation experience (preferably S/4HANA).

Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a strong advantage.
