We are currently looking for a Regional Customer Support Manager to join our team in Perth. This role plays a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience and enhancing the operational performance across Australia.
Skills and DutiesSkills and Duties
Manage and develop a team of Product Support Advisors ensuring high-quality support for the customers. Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to team members. Identify potential product issues, providing status updates and progress reports to affiliates and customers. Document and report major events affecting truck performance and product reliability by mine site. Submit Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) to Engineering and follow up as necessary. Maintain monthly documentation of events impacting truck reliability and product status. Schedule post-commissioning meetings to report on haul truck quality and completeness. Review and address Product Improvement Reports (PIR) and create projects based on field data analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address systemic issues affecting product performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Proficient in Microsoft Office and database software; capable of reading and interpreting hydraulic, electrical schematics, and structural drawings. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and resolve issues effectively. Travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time. Previous leadership experience Benefits
