About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic analytics leader to spearhead our Iberia & Central Europe Analytics Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making and business impact. Key Responsibilities

You will design, develop, and implement data-driven insights models that solve business challenges and uncover opportunities as you oversee the standardisation and harmonisation of analytics practices across the team to ensure consistency and reliability. You will be key in ensuring that our analytics practices are fully aligned with the European Data Model and contribute to its ongoing evolution and maintaining high standards of data quality, reliability, and consistency. You will have responsibilities for regularly updating and document processes, data catalogs, and glossaries and lead the planning and execution of SIT to ensure seamless integration of systems.

You will mentor and grow a talented team of data analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement and promote agile methodologies to effectively manage complex business cases, champion a strong data culture across the organization, driving adoption and impactful use of analytics.
