Regional Demand Generation Manager

The Regional Demand Generation Manager (RDGM) is responsible for Divisional/Zonal level planning & execution of Demand Generation plan and drive liquidation

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for leading demand generation activities and deliver the liquidation goals as per the business plan for both Seeds & Crop Protection business Work Closely with General Manager for Budget Planning, Market Communication Planning, Resources PlanningWork Closely with Category Managers for Market Segmentation, Portfolio Positioning & Crop wise Product Wise StrategyWork Closely with DGE Team for effective utilization for resources and activity planningWork Closely with Marketing Agency on Recruitment, On Boarding, Training etcWork Closely with ASM, ZSM for alignment & better coordination between Sales & MIT and seamless executionWork Closely with NC Team on Planning & coordination for new productsPreparation of Annual DG Plan & Crop Wise Divisional Strategy execution planRegular Reviews & Follow up with timely report back on Inventories, Activity Execution & LiquidationDevelop top talent in the extended as well as TDGM teamAccountable for adoption of strategic initiatives like MU Activity Planning and Tracking, LPDs, Edufarm, Demo Plots, eLMS (Online training module), Laser farm etc

Education, Skills

Bachelors/Masters Degree in AgricultureExperience –10 to 15 years’ experience in CP/pesticides managementExperience of managing CP (Insecticides, Herbicides, Pesticides, Fungicides) Strong teamwork and customer service mentalityExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skillsStrong project management, systems and technical, and time management skillsPrevious work experience in Project Management, Operations
