Your Role – Magic happens when you bring great people together

· . Lead collaborative sales forecasting (CSF) process with the Business Unit Offer leaders and arrive at agreed demand plan for rolling 18 to 24 months.
· Collaborate and shape the Demand plan to align with business RF at product family range level /Product Activity.
· Follow up and maintain of product life cycle process with marketing, supply chain and demand planners.( NPI , EOL,etc ...)
· Collaborate with Country Planners to monitor forecast performance, review critical families, give valuable input for DRP and make necessary actions to reduce obsolete stock.
· Define, Measure, Analyze & Control the forecast in demand vs actual and ensure reliable forecast and good performance on forecast accuracy.
· Implement continuous improvement projects by using “Lean, Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma” and other methodologies to ensure continuous improvement in E2E cycle.
· Work collaboratively with related functions to ensure all methods / processes deliver the expected benefit and share best practices.
