Regional Development Manager, Taiwan Global Selling
Amazon Global Selling Taiwan is on a mission to help local businesses of all sizes to start local and grow global. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centered Regional Development Manager to lead, manage and grow our Service Provider Network (SPN) and public/trade association partnership as part of the Amazon Global Selling team in Taiwan. SPN and public/trade associations offer services to Sellers to sell on Amazon marketplaces/websites globally. This person will have the exciting opportunity to deliver on a strategy to enable broad use of Amazon Services by Sellers and exporters in Taiwan wishing to sell globally. This role provides ample opportunities to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and fast-moving environment.

Amazon Global Selling has been helping individuals and businesses to directly reach new customers around the globe and build global business presence. Today, more than 50% of Amazon's total sales come from third-party selection. Asia Global Selling team is responsible for recruiting local businesses across Asia countries to sell on Amazon’s overseas marketplaces, and supporting local businesses’ success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of business to go globally.

Key job responsibilities
- Actively understand the evolving Seller lifecycle and identify insights, opportunities and gaps with existing services in the context of Amazon Global Selling
- Develop and implement partner strategy to drive scalable and sustainable Seller and partner growth
- Understand existing and potential products and services and be able to articulate its functions and benefits to external audiences
- Develop and implement strategic plans to build and improve partner experience. Consult and coach partners to grow and achieve improved results on Amazon
- Drive adoption of services and step-function improvement in Seller Experience
- Drive communication strategy of the programs, track and monitor performance of Service Providers and public/trade associations
