Position Summary
Role and Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy and Planning (25%)
Regional Strategy Development: Design and execute tailored campaign strategies for both owned and paid channels, focusing on driving customer acquisition, growth, and retention specific to the SEAO region.Audience Strategy: Develop and refine regional first-party (1P) audience strategies to enhance targeting and personalization efforts.Agency Coordination: Lead and collaborate with agency partners to develop comprehensive communication strategies, creative toolkits, and campaign approaches.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts with Samsung’s broader business objectives and sales programs.Performance Evaluation: Analyze campaign performance reports, forecasting metrics, and industry trends to measure impact and efficiency. Use insights to refine strategies.Reporting & Innovation: Create and deliver presentations on growth opportunities, market performance, and strategic focus. Identify and pilot innovative marketing initiatives to bridge business gaps.Campaign Management (45%)
Regional CRM Leadership: Act as the primary CRM expert and key point of contact for 8 markets, ensuring strategies are developed and cascaded while managing the feedback & optimization loop.Briefs & Calendars: Develop and manage marketing briefs and creative calendars to support CRM activities. Ensure timely delivery and alignment with campaign goals.Audience Segmentation and Customer Experience Journey Development: Conduct thorough target audience research and implement data-driven customer segmentation and contact plans for personalized customer experience journeys.Creative Development & Brand Standards Alignment: Collaborate with the creative team to develop content and creatives that are aligned with campaign objectives and Samsung’s brand standards.CRM Campaign Tool: Utilize marketing automation tool to deploy CRM campaigns, ensuring effective use within automated workflows and personalized customer journeys. Leverage analytics tools to monitor performance and make data-driven optimizations.Performance Management: Drive action plans through regular bi-monthly calls with markets, monitoring performance to meet targets.KPI Definition & Tracking: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance drivers (KPDs) across CRM channels to ensure alignment with Samsung’s business results.Global Coordination: Partner with HQ to execute global project launches and regional initiatives, ensuring integration with local execution.Customer Experience: Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience based on feedback and market insights. Monitor competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.Execution and Management (30%)
Project Oversight: Manage multiple projects, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders to meet deadlines and milestones. Provide regular updates on progress.Agency and Management: Collaborate with key agencies to ensure productive and efficient campaign execution. Address challenges to maintain high-quality outputs.Analytics & Optimization: Utilize advanced analytics tools to track performance metrics and optimize campaign effectiveness. Leverage data to make informed decisions.Opportunity Identification: Analyze existing data to uncover quick win opportunities that drive immediate business results.Administrative Support: Assist with budgeting, administrative tasks, and reporting needs to support the digital marketing team
Skills and Qualifications
CRM Platform & Campaign Management Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Campaign and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, generate actionable insights, and drive strategic decisions.Project Management: Demonstrated capability in managing multiple projects and campaigns, including leading cross-functional teams and meeting deadlines.Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience working effectively with internal teams and external agencies.Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing trends, strategies, and best practices, especially within technology and consumer electronics sectors.Key Competencies:
