We are seeking a Regional Director, Install Operations for our newly acquired ARMORVUE Powered by Window Nation Florida locations. The primary focus of this role is to become proficient in the Window Nation operations process, to learn the ARMORVUE operations and help the organization integrate the two businesses. After integration, this role will oversee the entirety of their region’s install operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pipeline management, inventory efficiency, expense control, staff development, best practice and SOP implementation and execution, change management and customer experience.Primary ResponsibilitiesOverseeing all operations and business activities of the assigned region to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.Communicating and implementing the organization's vision, mission, and overall direction.Traveling on a regular basis to your branches to ensure teams are achieving goals, listen, support, and enable their success. Travel >60%Directly overseeing the profitability of the branches; deliver on region’s margin and profitability targets and manage region’s expenditures within budget guidelinesRecommend, implement, and monitor actions to increase revenue generation and profitability Managing new office expansion and successful new location openings.Lead, develop and manage branch managers; create a culture rooted in impeccable customer support and a drive for resultsWork with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure payment receipt protocols are properly executed and A/R is collected timelyMaintain positive customer relationships; identify, monitor and manage customer service standardsOversee recruiting, onboarding, and management of high-performance branch employees; maintain appropriate staff levels based on pipeline indicatorsEnsure appropriate safety protocols are in place; ensure adherence to all safe work practices Must be able to perform the physical aspects of window installation to include lifting more than 50 lbs. and climbing a ladderRequired Qualifications10+ years of construction/home remodeling industry.
