Responsibilities

As the Regional Director, Provider Recruitment, you will create recruitment and retention strategies for physicians and midlevel's.  Please note this is a remote position with travel required.  Other responsibilities will include:  

Direct the physician recruitment team through mentoring and prioritization of department operations, assigned searches, workload, and special projects.Work closely with executives to prioritize new and replacement opportunities based on the organizations overall business strategy.Direct and complete activities on all searches including the coordination of formal offers and drafting employment agreements.Manage the recruitment process including but not limited to these activities: development of recruitment plan, sourcing candidates, screening candidates, arranging site visits, negotiating agreements and relocation activities.Prepare fair market value salary survey data that is used to guide board and administration regarding provider compensation.
Requirements

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience
required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's
degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years
being in leadership/management.
Additional Preferences Bachelors degree or above preferred5+ years Provider Recruitment experience2+ years in a transformative leadership role Experience in Agency, Private Equity and/or with an Employed / Not-employed model preferredOutstanding relationship building & communication skillsTech savvy
