Regional Director, SLED Northeast
**Requirements:** + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience + 10+ years of sales and management experience within the Northeast SLED market + Proven experience in working and succeeding within a quota and commission structure. + Previous involvement with state and local Government budgets and procurement cycles; Strong understanding of the SLED contracting process + Candidate is based ideally in either New York, Connecticut, or New Jersey + Experience managing and coaching a team of Account Managers/Executives with a proven track record working with leadership and driving business strategies within the SLED sector is highly preferred. + Deep knowledge and experience in New York City Government business is desirable + Excellent leadership, mentorship, and communication skills. + Solid relationships with leading industry OEMs including, but not limited to, Cisco, DELL, AWS, Palo Alto, NetApp and others. + Regional travel required Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current **base** salary range for this position is $160,000 to $190,000. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs.
