We are looking for an exceptional mission-oriented, multi-site healthcare operations leader to join our team as Regional Director. This role includes centers in eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Virginia. This will include Office Based Opioid Treatment (OBOT) and Opioid Treatment Programs (OTP). The Regional Director leads all aspects of operations, including team leadership, patient experience, regulatory compliance, and growth, including P&L ownership.

Schedule and Locations

Candidates must live in the greater Philadelphia area currently. The role includes frequent travel throughout eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Virginia. Most travel involves day trips, with periodic overnight travel to Virginia and our support center in Greenville, SC.

Education and Requirements

5+ years in a regional leadership role (healthcare, retail, etc.) with P&L responsibility.

Experience with or interest in behavioral health, particularly substance use disorder (SUD)

Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred
