Regional Director - Head of Forensic Accounting, Asia

What the day will look like In this Head of Forensic Accounting position you will be a key member of the Asia Pacific (APAC) Forensic Accounting team, focusing on the delivery of pre- and post-loss claims services (primarily claims preparation and business interruption reviews) across the Asia region, developing new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. Working closely with the Head of Forensic Accounting, APAC and the Asia Claims Leadership team, you will: + Formulate and deliver the long-term strategic plan for Asia + Manage the talent agenda for Forensic Accounting in Asia, including career development, performance assessment, succession planning and recruitment + Take responsibility for the management of engagements, including the scoping of work, preparation of budgets, resourcing and the execution of engagements within budget + Take responsibility for the delivery of all elements of the project plan/engagement + Delegate work effectively across the APAC team + Lead client market development through high-level relationship building, market shaping, proposal development, whitepapers, and presentations + Communicate in a collaborative and client focused manner including drafting client presentations and reports + Support the development and implementation of business development initiatives + Develop internal and external networks and leverage such networks to secure new engagements + Assist broader business development activity across Aon, including participating in key new business pitches How this opportunity is different Our teams are highly collaborative, working towards common goals while striving for excellence in the solutions we provide to our clients. Skills and experience that will lead to success + At least 10 years of experience with a professional service or Loss Adjusting firm + Ability to develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients + Proficiency in preparation of proposals and presentations to prospects + Deep expertise in the preparation of large and complex property and business interruption claims + Proven track record in developing new business and staff + Strong communication and presentation skills + Proficient and confident in public speaking to conduct presentations of analytical results, sales presentations and also speaking at conferences + An ability to work towards and contribute to revenue earning to meet annual budgets How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
