We are seeking a REGIONAL LABORATORY DIRECTOR for Aspirus at our Southern WI hospitals – Aspirus Riverview Hospital, Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital, and Aspirus Stevens Point Hospital. The Director - Regional Laboratory Services plans, directs and oversees activities, programs, and services for their responsible departments.
This position:
Develops and secures approval of goals and objectives for assigned areas of responsibility. Develops and implements plans and budgets necessary to achieve goals. Seeks and consults with other functions to ensure effective and efficient coordination of efforts. May work through subordinate managers and/or supervisors in overseeing and directing the work of supervisory and non-supervisory employees. Monitors changes in the regulatory requirements that impact policies and/or operations, approves all policies and procedures for the functional area and evaluates results achieved. Makes decisions that impact business plans, strategic goals and financial results.Experience/Qualifications/Licensure
3-5 Years Management experienceBachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree desiredKnowledge in the following;Leadership training and experienceFinancial managementLean methodology and or related knowledgeFinancial budgetingCustomer service methodsStrategic planning Employee engagement
