Regional Director of Clinical Operations

About the Role

The Regional Director of Clinical Operations provides leadership and strategic direction for clinical operations at Trinity Home Health Services. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality care, operational success, and compliance with state, federal, and Joint Commission standards.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership:Direct and manage clinical operations across assigned home health agencies.Develop and implement operational plans to meet clinical, financial, and growth objectives.Foster positive relationships with clients, staff, and community partners.Quality & Compliance:Ensure adherence to Joint Commission standards and state and federal regulations.Lead quality improvement initiatives to achieve excellent patient outcomes.Team Development:Hire, mentor, and evaluate management and administrative staff.Create a supportive work environment focused on employee engagement.Financial Stewardship:Manage budgets and ensure financial targets are met.Monitor productivity and cost efficiency to achieve organizational goals.

Position Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license in Maryland is highly preferred.Minimum 5 years of management experience in healthcare, including 3+ years in home health operations.Knowledge of state and federal regulations and Medicare Conditions of Participation.Experience with Joint Commission surveys and compliance.Proven leadership, communication, and financial management skills.Willingness to travel as needed.
