Regional Director of Rehabilitation (PT, OT, SLP) $10,000 Sign-on/Relocation Bonus

Life Care Centers of America is offering an excellent opportunity to join our leadership team as Regional Rehab Director to support our Inland Region which consists of 9 skilled nursing facilities throughout Idaho and NE Washington.

Sign-on/Relocation Bonus: $10,000

Working Conditions:

This hybrid role requires the employee to reside in the Spokane, WA, Boise, ID, or Coeur d'Alene, ID area and travel regularly to the nine Skilled Nursing Facilities
Works in facilities, offices, community sites, etc. Involved with residents, associates, visitors, government agencies/personnel, etc., under all conditions and circumstances Works beyond normal working hours as necessary Subject to falls, burns from equipment, odors, etc., during facility visits Possible exposure to infectious waste, diseases, etc., including exposure to AIDS and Hepatitis B viruses, during facility visits

Essential Functions:

Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Must effectively oversee the facility rehab programs throughout the region Must direct growth, development, and maintenance of Rehab clinical programs in order to meet needs of the client population and business goals of organization Must be accountable for all aspects of fiscal management and outcomes for designated Rehab departments Must ensure compliance of all aspects of personnel management at facilities Must understand and follow company policies, including harassment and complaint procedures Must practice dependable, regular attendance Must be able to concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment Must be able to communicate and function in an interdisciplinary team Must be able to sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk, and move intermittently during working hours

Current ASHA certification if speech therapist. Current NBCOT certification if occupational therapist. Currently registered/licensed with applicable state. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment. Two years' supervisory experience in long-term care or related setting. CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
