Centers Health Care is actively seeking a seasoned Regional Director of Social Work to join our team overseeing Skilled Nursing Facilities in Eastern Upstate NY and the Adirondack area. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience as a Regional Director of Social Work or in a similar capacity. A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Director of Social Work in a long-term care environment is mandatory. This role involves frequent travel.

Responsibilities:

Drive clinical outcomes and implement policies and procedures.Evaluate and assess the Social Work departments across our long-term care facilities in Upstate NY.Provide regular consultation services to designated facilities.Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, regulations, and guidelines.Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in social work is required.Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Director of Social Work in long-term care.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Familiarity with applicable state and federal regulations.Significant travel is a requirement for this position.
