Centers Health Care is actively seeking a seasoned Regional Director of Social Work to join our team overseeing Skilled Nursing Facilities in Western and Central NY. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience as a Regional Director of Social Work or in a similar capacity. A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Director of Social Work in a long-term care environment is mandatory. This role involves frequent travel.

Responsibilities:

Drive clinical outcomes and implement policies and procedures.Evaluate and assess the Social Work departments across our long-term care facilities in Upstate NY.Provide regular consultation services to designated facilities.Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, regulations, and guidelines.Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in social work is required.Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Director of Social Work in long-term care.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Familiarity with applicable state and federal regulations.Significant travel is a requirement for this position.
