We need a Regional Program Director, Rail and Transit who is versatile, and who possesses exceptional communication, analytical and management skills. In this role you will lead a large team of professionals across multiple offices in the design of multi-million-dollar projects, will take a leadership role in developing and executing our business plan, and will oversee, manage, and build our rail and transit engineering teams and portfolio of clients within the region.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related field)Must be Registered as a Professional Engineer in Ontario.12+ years of relevant technical experience, including 5 years of successful technical leadership and project management experience with TTC and MetrolinxDemonstrated ability and experience in training, mentoring, motivating, leading, and supervising a team of highly qualified professional staff.Excellent written and oral communications skills.Applied knowledge of published standards and guidelines from provincial and municipal governments and associations.Excellent understanding of relevant rail and transit engineering issues and stakeholders’ requirements.Proficient in the application of specialized engineering and assessments software.Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations are required.Must also possess a thorough knowledge of current technology and the capabilities and efficiencies of specific engineering software for use in completing engineering assignments.Minimum Clearance Required to Start:
