We are looking for an exceptional mission-oriented, multi-site healthcare operations leader to join our team as Regional Director. This region includes 22 centers in Virginia, Kentucky, and Texas. The Regional Director leads all aspects of operations, including team leadership, patient experience, regulatory compliance, and growth, including P&L ownership.
Schedule and Locations
The region includes 22 centers: 9 opioid treatment programs (OTP) and 13 office-based opioid treatment (OBOT) facilities. The ideal candidate lives in northern Virginia, allowing day trips to most Virginia centers, plus nonstop flights from DCA or IAD to Kentucky and Texas. We will also consider candidates based elsewhere in Virginia or in Kentucky. Depending on where the regional director is based, we anticipate 10-15 overnight trips per year to visit centers and for leadership meetings at our support center in Greenville, SC.
