Regional E-Commerce Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE 
At Coty MEA, we’re on a mission to serve our customers by building deep, strategic partnerships with our online retailers and platforms. As a Regional eCommerce Manager focused on the MEA markets, your goal is to create and execute robust, insight-driven Joint Business Plans that position Coty as one of the most admired beauty companies in the online retail space. 

You’ll lead the growth of our existing eCommerce business while continuously hunting for new opportunities to scale our reach, visibility, and sales across key platforms in MEA. This is a high-impact role that blends strategic thinking with operational excellence, and we're looking for someone who’s as passionate about beauty as they are about performance. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Actively contribute to the eCommerce team with a growth-hacking, resourceful, and entrepreneurial mindset 

Build and manage strong relationships across all levels of key online retailers and platform partners in MEA. 

Take a data-driven approach to business development: 

Optimize assortment and portfolio strategy 

Analyze promo effectiveness and develop impactful promotion plans 

Utilize the eCommerce traffic model to reverse-engineer traffic drivers from sales targets and influence key levers 

Negotiate and manage trade investments to maximize mutual value, enforcing trade terms and identifying areas for efficiency and reinvestment 

Own and lead the Platform Master Plan and campaign calendar – detecting early signs of underperformance and scaling what works 

Deliver against key KPIs including revenue, traffic, forecasting, campaign execution, and event performance 

Conduct regular market scans and competitor analysis; deliver actionable insights through concise reporting 

Identify and onboard new platforms and growth opportunities in the MEA eCommerce landscape 

Organize and lead regular top-to-top (T2T) meetings with customers, providing strategic and tactical support 

 

PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS 

Minimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce, with a strong track record in the MEA markets. Turkey market experience is a must have.  

Proven success in managing key online retailers/platforms and driving consistent revenue growth 

Strong commercial acumen – you know how to build compelling business cases, deliver ROI, and drive win-win customer outcomes 

Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data into strategic insights 

Familiarity with eCommerce traffic generation and performance marketing channels, especially Search. 

Experienced in project and campaign management, comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities 

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and external partners 

Proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, and problem-solving mindset
