Responsible of Emergency Management (EM) program for all EMEA Region.
Responsibilities
Steer & maintain Emergency Management (EM) program - SOP requirements guidance, trainings, exercises. Steer & maintain the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) - SOP requirements, guidance, trainings Monitor EM performance against established EM KPIs Lead and monitor EM training performance, identify gaps and implement improvements Work with the Head of Emergency Management in steering the GEM preparedness Act as a deputy to the Head of Emergency Management when required Lead the AMER and APAC Emergency Management SMEs in a coordination role to ensure objectives are met Development of EM and BCMS training materials and resources Provide direct expert assistance to SEOs in the delivery of EM and BCMS training & SOP compliance Assist Head of Emergency Management in delivering GEM training Manage interfaces with relevant EM and other stakeholders are maintained Ensure investigations related to EM incidents are completed on time and are of good quality Conduct Operations Assessment audits as per audit schedule (if a trained auditor and audits assigned) Maintain competency level of Country/Site SEOs to deliver annual emergency training. Play a key role in roll out of new global Business Continuity Standard. Collaborate with Head of emergency management to prepare Global Emergency Management Team.
Requirements
Degree educated in Engineering, Chemical or other related to EH&S and Emergency Management. Aptitude to Crisis Management systems takes priority over Degree subject. At least 3 years experience working in the field of Crisis Management, Business Continuity or EH&S. Experience in same level position with reponsibility to other countries. Fluent in conversational English - work and communication in english with other countries. Be an effective communicator in relation to delivery of emergency management training. Work independently on implementing improvements. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders as well as senior management Perform with agility when faced with fast-moving emergency events.
