 Regional Engineering Manager (m/w/d)

Your Tasks:

Lead, develop and coordinate functionally the team of German Site Maintenance Supervisors (Radeberg, Bitterfeld, Höchstadt, with technology in, E-Beam and X-Ray) Work as part of the STERIS Europe and Asia managers team across Ebeam and X-rays locations. Supervise Sites Engineering budget, capital investments and expenses for field of competence (e.g. contracts, parts, services) Put in place and supervise suitable preventive maintenance activities, for plants reliability improvement, availability maximization, downtime reduction, based on field data collection and analysis Liaise with site managers to minimize operation disruption during maintenance activity Ensure spare parts availability across sites Organize suitable contractors’ support Propose and implement technology innovations

Your Education:

 

Bachelor degree in technical field is a minimum requirement, Master degree in science, engineering or physics will be a plus Proven technical capability Acute awareness of the importance of safety to the business. Well developed understanding of risk and risk avoidance. Proven leadership qualities, by organising teams on different sites High degree of trust, integrity and honesty Good understanding of the principle of continuous improvement Excellent English communication skills, German base skills Good understanding of technology and innovation Business trip for quarterly team meeting Live near to one of our sites (Bitterfeld, Radeberg, Höchstadt an der Aisch)
