Responsibilities

You will:

Schedule and dispatch a team of Service Technicians to perform preventative maintenance, on-site repairs, or in-house repairs.Quote estimates on Parts & Repairs and notify customer when requested. Upon completion of repair, complete repair work order for return to customer.Assist in the initial set up and tracking of service contracts; maintain service contracts from creation to completion.Receive and process incoming equipment or requests for pick-up of equipment via Descartes/A+ platforms.Resolve all customer (internal & external) issues regarding repairs.Take phone orders for and purchase parts, accessories, equipment, special orders, and shop supplies.Keep inventory on all serialized and serviced equipment (purchased and/or sold).Maintain a high level of customer communication is kept during the full repair/maintenance life cycle.Process & schedule equipment demo and rental transactions.Ensure work orders are created and reflected on service scheduling board for all scheduled requests.Convert internal WO into final Customer order for billing.Coordinate with sales, ASD, warehousing and purchasing departments to ensure customer satisfaction.Monitor field work orders to ensure they are completed and submitted correctly dailyCoordinate a team of 10 technicians across all the entirety of APT service area.Support field technicians as needed (POC information, part sourcing, etc.)Follow safety and housekeeping procedures.Be responsible for maintaining a safe, neat, organized, and functional repair area. Qualifications

You have:

3-5 years of related supervisory experience.Strong organizational skillsFlexible enough to walk, twist, bend, stoop, pull, grip and lift merchandise.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills through email and phone.Ability to multi-task with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to learn and operate ERP system (A+ System knowledge preferred).A valid Driver License.High school diploma or equivalent required. (College degree preferred)
