A day in the life.
As our Regional Events Specialist on the Sales Enablement team, you’ll be responsible for coordination of all external and internal Upper Midwest events. This role interfaces with regional and local Marketing, Sales Operations, Producer Development, Industry Practices, and Leadership to deliver events.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or other related area of study4+ years’ experience project management or event planning for multiple key stakeholdersProficiency in Zoom Webinar and/or other online webcast toolsThese additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite preferredFamiliarity and experience with the technical details of Salesforce and Pardot or other CRMs and Marketing Automation platformsWe know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes. The applicable base salary range for this role is $45,400 to $79,400.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
