The Meetinghouse Facilities Department are seeking a dynamic, customer orientated leader to oversee the operations and maintenance of the Church’s properties throughout Italy, Malta and southern Adriatic countries at approved standards of maintenance and at defensible costs to prevent building deterioration. 

Responsible for maintaining the quality of 124 meetinghouses where local members and friends of the Church can worship, teach, learn, pray together, make and renew covenants, and receive sacred ordinances. This is achieved by leading and supporting the 5 Facility Management Groups under their stewardship. 

Collaborates with Facilities Managers to ensure that annual plans, preventative maintenance programs and reported issues are successfully implemented and resolved in accordance with quality standards and statutory requirements. 

Prioritizes the planning and accomplishment of major capital renewal projects. Builds relationships of trust with the local priesthood leaders and communicates with them regularly to understand their needs, create action plans and to determine satisfaction regarding meetinghouse maintenance and operations. 

Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement and helps modify work processes to improve performance. 

Oversees the ongoing training and development of Facilities Managers, helping them to achieve target results.
