Directs the Field Service activities in the Southeast Region. Person hired can reside in the Miami Florida or West Palm Beach FL area, within a 1 hour commute to a major airport.  Responsible for coordinating the regional Field Service Engineers to meet business objectives and provide exceptional customer service.  The person hired will have a minimum of an Associate’s Degree in a related field, with a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field strongly preferred.  A minimum of 5 years direct customer interface with 3 years of supervisory /management experience in a field service environment is also required.  Should have knowledge of database software, internet software, spreadsheet software, and Microsoft Word/Excel/Power Point.  Some overnight travel will be required.  No Relocation, only local  area candidates will be considered.

*** Base salary $90K - $110K depending on experience, plus bonus, company vehicle, and                 fully paid family medical.
