Regional Finance Manager Job Locations US-MI-Detroit | US-MO-St. Louis | US-IL-North Chicago | US-MN-New Brighton ID 2025-11361 Category Accounting/Finance Position Type Regular Full-Time Overview Imperial Dade is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Regional Finance Manager to partner with our Central Region President and drive operational excellence across our organization. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Operational Finance, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategic initiatives, providing critical financial insights, and optimizing our regional performance. We are also open to candidates based in Detroit, Chicago, Minneapolis, or St. Louis.

Responsibilities

You will:

Collaborate closely with Regional Presidents to develop, implement, and track key operating initiatives that drive efficiency and growth.Serve as a trusted financial advisor to regional and branch leadership, providing clear and concise analysis of monthly financial performance.Own the development and tracking of branch-level operating KPIs and related strategic initiatives.Lead and coordinate intra-Region network optimization plans, ensuring strategic alignment and maximizing efficiency.Manage the budget and tracking of capital expenditure investment cases, from initial proposal through post-implementation performance analysis.Partner effectively with FP&A, accounting and shared services teams to ensure consistent financial compliance across the region. Qualifications

You have:

Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree or equivalent experienceAn entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach3+ years finance experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsExperience with warehousing, distribution, and logistics is preferred
