As a Regional FP&A Manager at Amplifon, you’ll be at the heart of financial decision-making, partnering directly with corporate functional leaders to manage regional spending, deliver insightful analysis, and ensure accurate reporting.
In this high-visibility role, you’ll lead key controlling activities across the region, championing financial integrity and operational efficiency. You’ll also dive deep into forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning by providing the data-driven insights that fuel smarter decisions and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee corporate functional cost center spending to ensure alignment with budget and forecast through monthly management accounts and continuous financial controls Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for Amplifon’s corporate functions, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment Serve as the regional owner for functional spend across the Americas, maintaining budget and forecast compliance through monthly reviews in close collaboration with regional finance leads Ensure timely and accurate reporting at both regional and global levels, providing insightful analysis and challenging functional teams as needed to ensure clarity and impactQualifications in this role include, but are not limited to:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance 5+ years related work experience Experience with strategic planning and implementation required Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint with advanced knowledge regarding pivot tables and macros Experience with Business Intelligence and ERP systems required Basic understanding of Accounting principlesPreferred Experience and Skills:
Experience with PowerBI and Oracle Fusion preferred Experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry preferred Demonstrated ability to thrive under tight deadlines, with a self-sufficient and proactive approach to addressing complex business challenges Exceptional communication skills, with the capacity to convey detailed and relevant information effectively across all levels of the organizationCompensation: Based on qualifications we anticipate the hiring range will be $125,000-$132,000 plus an incentive bonus
