Position Objectives:
We are currently looking for Regional Head who is responsible for managing the sales team, maintaining discipline, controlling business quality & engagement with banking partners. (3Ps: Sales Growth, People Management & Business Operations)
Be accountable to drive sales of assigned bank partner dedicated regions through:
(1) developing strategic partners relationship with bank partner’s related stakeholders.
(2) building a high performing sales team to achieve sales performances and sustainable growth.
(3) Being accountable to working with internal stakeholders to ensure getting fully support for business execution for dedicated bank partner.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Branch Engagement: 10%

Build strong relationship and engagement with respective stakeholders of bank partner, including Regional Director, Regional Banca Managers, and key Branch managers within assigned sales regions/areas.Hold deep understanding of the Bank’s business execution plan to deliver supporting actions and resources to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Maintain effective relationship and engagement with other stakeholders, including higher and junior bank management team.


Sales Target Delivery: 60%

Based on sales productivity and sales funnels reports to advise Regional Banca managers on solutions to enhance sales performance via improvement of conversion rates in each step of the sales process with the aim to deliver monthly and annual sales targets.Implement solutions for sales performance improvement including product workshop, E2E operation workshop, sales process, and sales skill training... with focus on role-play, skill drills, coaching and assessment.Manage sales quality indicators and advise Regional Banca managers and salesforces on sales quality actions, ensuring sales of the right product to the right customers.Join field work with bank salesforces to assist big deal and provide coaching and performance feedback. Also hold best practice sharing among different salesforces.Organize train-the-trainer sessions for TIS leader and Branch manager on sales skills, product and process operation.Conduct day-to-day review of sales results and pending cases with BDM.Take accountability on increasing persistency (FY) & sales quality indicators.


Policy Servicing: 10%

Oversee quality and service indicators, including issuance/submission ratio, ACK, CFI, Welcome call connection ratio, claims, complaints, and persistency.Foster a strong sales and customer centricity culture by collaborating with colleagues and partners to enhance partner and customer experiences, and workforce productivity.


Conduct Continuous Sales Coaching (internal and external): 20%

Motivate and support BDM to conduct workshop/training/coaching to bank staff to improve their capability.Handhold and provide mentorship & guidance to coach new BDM daily, providing joint branch visits, sharing best practices, and skill development.Inspire, develop the team members with mentoring, coaching, motivation, and information in leading them to achieve their objectives and goals, and develop their mindset and capabilities. Manage team members to increase team performance and productivity levels.Enhance capability of team members and ensure individual development plans (IDP) are established for team members.Take on different responsibilities, tasks, and management areas assigned by the Account Head or CPDO from time to time to meet business requirements or other requirements
