Location:

The Regional Head of Delivery US & EMEA, IT/OT Electronics is a US based position that can be connected to any of our facilities including Allentown, PA, Tempe, AZ, or Carlsbad, CA. 20% domestic and potential for international travel is anticipated to meet business needs.

 

Your Role:

As the Regional Head of Delivery for the Electronics Information & Operational Technology (IT/OT) organization, you will lead a team of OT Engineers and Project Delivery Managers responsible for the secure implementation and management of IT/OT infrastructure across multiple sites in the region. Your role will ensure OT systems are deployed effectively and integrated with corporate IT, and aligned with global standards and best practices. 

 

You will guide local teams in migrating legacy systems to modern Digital Plant Infrastructure and integrating OT systems with corporate IT. Your team will also manage the entire OT system lifecycle, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity, regulatory, and operational standards to maintain secure and efficient operations. 

 

Serving as a critical bridge between regional sites and global IT/OT strategies, you will gather site-specific requirements, helping refine global standards while ensuring they meet local needs. You will also facilitate training for site staff, promoting best practices in OT system management, service delivery, and compliance. 

 

Your leadership will be key to enhancing the resilience, security, and operational efficiency of IT/OT infrastructure across APAC / NA / EMEA, ultimately contributing to the success of the organization in the region. 

 

Key Capability and Competencies Required:

 

Strategic Vision and Planning: 

Ability to contribute and execute long-term IT/OT roadmaps in alignment with local stakeholders. Cybersecurity & Compliance Ability to work with Cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with global and local regulations. Familiarity with regional regulatory requirements (NA) related to industrial IT/OT systems, especially in Electronics manufacturing or similar industries. 

 

Stakeholder Management 

Experience managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders in local and global, including senior leadership, engineering teams, and site management. Ability to influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive IT/OT initiatives and achieve strategic objectives. Proven ability to lead change management initiatives Cultural and Regional Awareness Ability to tailor global strategies to meet local requirements and navigate the complexities of regional regulations and cultural differences. 

 

Who You Are

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field; Master's Degree preferred

At least 7 years of IT/OT experience, including 5+ years experience leadership

Expected domestic travel is 20%

Located in or near Carlsbad, CA, Tempe, AZ or Allentown/Tamaqua, PA

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong communication skills help you engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels

Successfully led teams in delivering IT/OT projects aligned with business goals

Excel in managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects

Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement

Mentor your team and have a strong understanding of IT/OT systems

Experience in a global, decentralized organization is a plus

Well-versed in Service Excellence Management and compliance (e.g., ITIL)

 

 

Pay Range for this position: $120,500 – $180,800

Our ranges are derived from several sources, and largely reliant on relevant industry market data.
