The Regional Head is responsible for Global Payment Solutions’ (GPS) USD Clearing High Value Payments and integrated FX products within USA. The role holder would define and drive product growth and innovation within the core product suite, as well as coordinate with stakeholders within the United States and globally. They will ensure effective internal and external communication of product development initiatives and serve as a liaison between Product Management and partners such as cross-segment sales, client service, integration and implementation, operations and technology, as well as all risk stakeholders

As our Regional Head of Currency Clearing you will:

Manage the USD Clearing business, covering USD high value payments product offering for all clients, including Corporate and Institutional Clients across Global Banking, Financial Institutions, Commercial Banking, Innovation Banking and Private Banking segmentsManaged FX solutions that integrate with HSBC’s USD Clearing offeringPlay a key role in GPS’s industry engagement with external clearing and industry working groupsEnsure identification of cross-sell opportunities and implementation of strategic product development, including managing relationships with Digital and Markets teams to prioritize GPS Channel investments, working across product lines to execute and commercialize product strategyResponsibility for product profitability and loss minimization, development and execution of commercialization initiatives, product risk and controls, and product governance

For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $194,800.00 and $260,000.00

The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
