This role is a key member of the North America (NAM) Finance team with high visibility, both regionally and globally. You will serve as Player/Coach – while actively managing a team and working alongside team members to complete projects, tasks, and regional initiatives. This role interacts frequently with various teams both regionally and globally – Tax, Accounting, Shared Services, Finance Operations, and other departments.
More about what you’ll be doing:Strategy & Planning
Help build regional business strategy (new business cases analysis, optimization of company’s structure).
Develop internal controls procedures for Finance & Accounting processes, including internal control and financial guidance to the business while ensuring compliance with corporate procedures, business policies, and other reporting requirements.
Optimally allocate resources to help drive improvements, ensure contract compliance, and establish pricing disciplines.
Reporting & Analysis
Provide strategic and financial support to Regional and HQ management by providing financial reporting, analyses, and its interpretation.
Analyze and interpret regional financial data and present reports to Managing Director, Regional Board, and other relative stakeholders.
Financial Operations & Performance
Work closely with the Finance Shared Services team to ensure smooth operations of all financial matters as it relates to the region.
Support the Regional VP & General Manager in the performance monitoring of the North American operations by preparing management reporting.
Communicate milestones for business planning, budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and cash-flow forecasting. Facilitate these processes across the region.
Monitor key monthly, quarterly and annual financial performance measures. Advise on corrective measures and opportunities to implement as it relates to financial standards.
Leadership
Manage a small team of Financial Specialists.
Train, mentor, and support your team’s career development through learning & development.
Provide performance feedback frequently and perform formal staff reviews annually.
Budget & Forecasting
Prepare budgets and forecasting for the NAM region, according to key targets from leadership, budget performance analyses, and executing regional P&L.
Coordinate all major finance updates, including revenue planning and developing commercial operating expense budgets.
Cash Management
Review and approve financial results and financial statements (entity level).
Cash-flow management of all regional entities and cash-flows - planning coordination with HQ Finance.
Manage relationships with local banks and other financial institutions.
Develop regional and local financial & tax policies in accordance with Group policies and business strategy.
Compliance & Auditing
Handle tax, financial, payroll, and accounting compliance for the region.
Be the primary liaison for all statutory compliance matters between HQ Tax & Accounting Management Team and Shared Services Center.
Work closely with Shared Services Center to ensure statutory compliance obligations are fully met.
Lead and/or assist with internal and external audits. Provide adequate internal and external audit conclusions.
Accounting
Perform quarter-end closing activities in coordination with HQ Finance and Shared Services Center.
Process Improvement
Establish appropriate financial processes and put in place to enable better solutions and workflow.
Identify and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Create internal work processes for NAM Finance and monitor progress, make updates to improvements where needed.
Collaboration & Support
Serve as a liaison with external auditors and internal customers as well as stakeholders.
Resolve disputes and inquiries from other departments and teams.
Participate in major department projects with cross-functional teams that help improve quality, processes, and company initiatives.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics required.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in a similar position or Finance-related areas.
Self-starter, highly motivated, and exceptional attention to detail.
Highly organized, effective time management skills a must.
Solid verbal / written communication skills, along with strong analytical abilities.
Advanced use of Microsoft 365/Office tools, including Excel. Knowledge of MS Dynamics, PowerBI, and other accounting software/tools.
The ability to collaborate across multiple business teams as well as having autonomy to handle complex tasks.
Enjoys being a player/coach working on a small, dynamic, agile team that supports and fosters learning & growth.
Experience managing stakeholders, influencing others, and leading a team highly desired.

Salary Range – Base salary of $125,000 to $165,000 annually with eligibility for an annual bonus at Infobip’s sole discretion. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, job-related knowledge, experience, education, and skillset.
