Mercer Poland  is seeking candidates for the following position based in Warsaw: Regional HR Graduate (fixed-term)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our regional team (based in Warsaw). In this role, you will support the Regional People Leader in driving key HR initiatives and fostering a positive workplace culture for MMC. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our team and the overall growth of our organization.

We will count on you to:

Provide active support to the Regional People Leader supporting operational, organizational, and strategic matters.

Assist with key HR processes, including the annual compensation & performance review, talent planning, employee engagement surveys, and more.

Contribute to regional HR projects and initiatives.

Help coordinate training sessions and workshops.

Support initiatives aimed at promoting diversity and inclusion within the organization.

Coordinate regional approval processes.

Generate and compile statistics, reports, and presentations.

What you need to have:

Academic background with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or last year's of studies.

Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.

Very good English skills (min. C1).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and hands-on mentality.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
