Regional HR Shared Services (HRSS) Manager - Americas

We are committed to creating an environment where every team member feels inspired, invested, cared for, valued, and have a strong sense of belonging. **What You Can Expect** Serve as the Regional HR Shared Services (HRSS) Lead-Americas and will navigate between strategic and transactional items for HRSS. Oversee HRSS team in the America’s regional GBS site in Bogota which includes both HR service delivery (HR inquiries and transactions) and local HR Operations. This team is responsible for the transactions and support services required to operationalize Zimmer Biomet’s programs in the Americas. Oversee overall HRSS operations, reporting, maintain SLAs, monitor operational metrics and focus on continuous improvement while also understanding end-to-end HRSS processes, policies, knowledge management, and technology. Will also provide support for complex escalations. Oversee team of analysts who provide baseline reporting, audit/QA of HR data and organizational management (OM) maintenance. Work with other Regional HRSS Leads, and Global HR leaders to define processes and procedures that can be operationalized and executed within the HRSS. Partner with the HRSS Leads in other regional GBS locations to share best practices and ensure the consistent and effective delivery of HR services and processes, while identifying where localization is necessary. **How You'll Create Impact** + Provide leadership and guidance to the HRSS team for the Americas and act as a point of escalation for complex cases/transactions. Team includes support staff responsible for processing transactions and support services, as well as analysts responsible for reporting, audits and OM maintenance. + Accountable for the functional development, implementation, and ongoing operations of HRSS for the Americas. + Responsible for operationalizing Employee, HRBP, CoE, GBS and HRSS feedback to improve transaction processing + Partner closely with our HR community, Regional HRSS Leads, and CoE/Global Leadership teams to ensure HR service delivery and change management initiatives are appropriately executed. + Monitor the execution of regional HRSS activities to ensure we are achieving business objectives, KPIs and deliverables, stepping in as needed to re-align and drive improvements. + Accountable for continuously improving HRSS operations to guarantee the efficient and effective delivery of HR services while ensuring quality in service and developing the group’s expertise and delivery + Work with the HRSS team, and other HR Team members to keep all HRSS process documentation (Standard Operating Procedures, Desktop Procedures, System Procedures, etc.) and knowledge management tools current and in accordance with compliance, control, and regional/local requirements. + Manage and monitor quality and risk management processes associated with HRSS and ensure HR data integrity and compliance. **What Makes You Stand Out** + Strong understanding of HR operations or Shared Services. Strong working knowledge of, and hands-on practical experience with, technology tools and applications typically used in the space (HCM, Case and Knowledge Management Solutions, etc.) + Strong experience developing and managing shared service and operations, processes, and procedures + Strong problem-solving, planning, and execution skills, coupled with an ownership mentality to ensure tasks are seen through to completion. + Highly skilled at simplifying and operationalizing processes and systems to drive efficient delivery of services at scale. Eager to learn new things and apply knowledge to innovate, improve/simplify processes. + Thrive in a global, fast-paced, and dynamic work environment. Ability to manage high job complexity and constant multi-tasking with exceptional attention to detail. Well organized, able to prioritize well, work efficiently. Shows flexibility as workloads fluctuate. + Demonstrated ability to influence and work effectively with global teams at all levels (including senior leadership) within a highly matrixed organization. + A genuine interest and ability to connect with, build and maintain relationships with people at all levels and across organizational and geographic boundaries. **Your Background** + English proficiency is a must (B2-C1) + 6-8+ years’ experience in fast-paced, HR Operations or Shared Services, preferably in professional services, or large multi-national organization + Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) required. + Experience with HR systems required, including knowledge of, and experience with SuccessFactors functional configuration/modules would be desirable. + A proven leader in building high-performing teams and mentoring/developing talent. + Broad knowledge and experience with project management tools and methods + Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies preferred **Travel Expectations** EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
