**79426BR** **Title:** Regional Human Resources Mgr **Location/Division:** Remote Job **Job Summary:** A Field/Regional Human Resources Manager is a key resource for the Paper Source Field Operations Leadership. The important role acts as an engaged Business Partner for the field in all areas of succession planning and ensuring an excellent work environment for all Paper Source store teams. As the HRM you provide expertise and support on all employee relations issues through the lens of advocating for the employee. You provide partnership to the operations leadership and identify issues at area level, leverage support partners, communicate and recommend solutions to the leadership team for betterment of the company. You work closely on talent retention through data and information to advise on best practices at both the regional and company, level; identifying gaps where talent solves the issues. Specifically, you support store leadership on the identification, development and hiring of excellent talent. In your role, you partner with the Operations Leadership on ensuring the succession plan is viable for the area and region. You are a liaison with Home Office on robust and sustainable programs necessary for development that benefit the company. An employee in this position can expect a salary starting at $90,000.00. Position located in California supporting stores in the California market. **Auto req ID:** 79426BR **Employment Type:** Full-Time **State:** California **City:** within California **What You Do:** • Provide expertise on all employee relation situations as you guide regional and area partners on counseling to ensure both objectivity and fairness are maintained and upheld in resulting actions. • Oversee and conduct exit interviews as needed, raising and escalating any notable trends with HR partners. • Identify potentially high-risk situations and take the active lead to investigate, resolve, recommend action steps and document findings. • Provide strategic partnership to the regional and area partners in talent planning, succession planning, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training new and existing team members with a focus on building careers. • Identify and communicate to senior leadership external talent trends to ensure the company is remaining an employer of choice. • Support store management in identifying talent across their areas correctly and proactively for future roles and positions. • Ensure training programs are effective and appropriate for the team development. Coordinate with the BN training team to execute and to fill the training gaps based on the business demands.
